Excellent market knowledge, a calm demeanour and experience led to an easy negotiation and buying process for me. Chris was able to keep me informed of each of the steps of the process, and was proffessional and honest throughout. I understood that he was represening his client (the seller), however I never felt that I was being taken advantage of or any information given was unreliable. Chris was clearly family focussed, and was an easy person to talk to and deal with throughout the process.

We recently purchased our first home through Chris, his service and knowledge was more than we could have asked for. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. Highly professional and builds an honest and friendly relationship throughout.
