Excellent market knowledge, a calm demeanour and experience led to an easy negotiation and buying process for me. Chris was able to keep me informed of each of the steps of the process, and was proffessional and honest throughout.
I understood that he was represening his client (the seller), however I never felt that I was being taken advantage of or any information given was unreliable.
